Cannstatter's 136th Volksfest (Oktoberfest)
Labor Day Weekend Festival
August 30 to September 1, 2008.
Park opens at noon each day.

Our annual Festival is held over the Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Below is just a sample of what is available.

Crafts ● German Beer & Wines ● German-American Singing & Dancing ● Souvenirs ● German Clothing ● Harvest Fruit Column ● Rides & Games ● Altweibermühle: True Fountain of Youth ● Authentic Oktoberfest Atmosphere

 

	Each year our Fest features bands from Germany. Our 2007 Fest featured 2 bands from Germany on all three days: The Heuwatscheln, pictured at left,
	and the Albtal Streuner, pictured at left.
	The Greater Kensington String Band performed on Saturday.

Take the Academy Road exit off I-95
(this is the northern most exit inside Philadelphia).
Proceed through the first intersection (Frankford Ave.).

Parking - Extra parking is available across the street in the school lot.

Admission ~ $5.00 for one day, $8.00 for two day pass, and $10.00 for three day pass. Children under 12: Free.
